Ayoade has lived and worked on four continents, with extensive experience as an in-house Corporate and large firm counsel in diverse business and legal firms. He holds business and law degrees and professional certificates in Nigeria, the United States, and Switzerland.

He is licensed to practice law in the United States and as a solicitor in England and Wales.

He has worked in the Hong Kong Equal Opportunities Commission, an associate in the Law Firm of Ice Miller LLP, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Global Operations, The Scott’s Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE SMG), Assistant General Counsel, Americas, Ingersoll Rand (NYSE: IR) and more recently pioneer Group Head, Corporate Governance, Central Bank of Nigeria as a global trade counsel, he has served as special advisor and counsel to global corporations and government entities on diverse transactions, portfolios, and strategies including corporate, financial, compliance, regulatory affairs, and policies.
